Jennifer De Kock fights for her clients to receive the justice they deserve through determined negotiation and skillful trial tactics in and out of the courtroom.

After graduating from the Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, Jennifer begin her legal career clerking at the Circuit Court of Cook County for Judge J.L. Lanigan. She is licensed to practice in both Iowa and Illinois.

As a political organizer in her home state of Illinois, Jennifer supervised field operations for four counties before moving to Washington, D.C., where she joined the legislative and political team at AFSCME International. Jennifer went on to consult with Health Care for America Now and Americans for Financial Reform, working with U.S. senators and representatives on healthcare and consumer protection legislation.

Jennifer’s background in politics, labor, and legislation brought her to Iowa, where she returned to the practice of law. As an associate with Cartee & Mckenrick, P.C., she successfully litigated complex civil and administrative review cases, established a stellar appellate record, and provided business clients with multilevel transactional support. At Wandro & Associates P.C., Jennifer continues in her capacity as a premier civil litigator, advocating for legal and economic justice for clients harmed by medical and other manufactured products, wrongful agricultural and business practices, medical malpractice, and unfair insurance and banking systems.

Through zealous negotiation and meticulous drafting, Jennifer protects the current and future interests of our local and national business clients by creating contracts to withstand the challenges of corporate governance, employment disputes, and general business formation concerns. Jennifer brings her political acumen to the Wandro & Associates administrative law and lobbying practice, creating efficient and effective client outcomes on diverse issues from municipal tax abatements to school district representation to the constitutionality of agriculture nuisance statutes before the Iowa Legislature.
